The Dreams have started again..........

I have suppressed them for years but they are back. I dream a vivid dream and the next day its on the news. A couple of nights ago I "saw" a man, who had passed, lying on the ground with facial hair, in the State Park near my home. There was a tie in some how to a woman with long blonde hair and she had a golden lab, because in the dream the dog comes to her and rests its head on her shoulder. The news last night: body found in state park, and today: mans body, and they said he had facial hair. I'll let you know if the woman and the dog tie in at some point.

Lovely Gift from M! and working at Sterling Cooper

I had such a beautifull surprise arrive from Canada today from MM!! My friends have such beautiful taste. I can't wait to wear these magical earrings. Here they are pictured under the "girlfriend tree". I just quit early, so I am trying to get some Christmas things done, and in the spririt of working at Sterling Cooper (Mad Men!) I opened a Pinot Noir to celebrate such a lovely gift. I am slow starting, I have the tree up with pink and white lights, snow globe collection and my victorian arrangment from DDB out.

Time to Decorate?

I am so behind, got ill over the weekend and still tire easily but the tree has arrived and I hope the needles stick on this one. A couple of years ago my assistant threw out her tree after Christmas and it was almost summer, and STILL full of needles.......go figure!

Art and Out of Body

While I no way compare myself to this particular artist, I was amazed at some similar facets in our life, close in age and birth date, but vivid dreaming, out of body experiences, detailed dreams you remember for ever. At any rate, he describes his dreams as lovely as he paints, and I did see some resemblance in his older body of work with one or two of mine. I am not feeling very well and have not been creative. Maybe some Christmas spirit will enter soon and take over, I hope so.

Dottie the Model

You have to be carefull around here or someone will dress you funny and take your picture. Dot Dot and her brother Dash were left in a box in front of the grocery store so of course, we took them home (after going back in for puppy food).

Tis The Season!

Time to brush off those Christmas decorations, and get invintive when money is tight! I am putting the girlfriend tree up first, maybe as early as tonight in my office window. The tree is covered with ornaments, many of them handmade or given to me by girlfriends. Also shopping later for the homeless shelter, we are making bags of toiletries, and we have a box going to a soildier in Iraq. He is a client and seems not to really have any family.
